At your request, we’ll arrange a convenient time for one of our qualified and accredited heating engineers to visit your property or premises and conduct a thorough survey – we’ll then send you a clear and transparent quote for your consideration.
Once we’ve agreed on an installation date, our reliable heating engineers will arrive as arranged, carrying out all preparation work, installing your new boiler and disposing of your old one for you – ensuring everything is clean and tidy before they leave.
After your boiler installation, your engineer will check and sign-off the work, checking that you’re completely satisfied. We’ll register your warranty on your behalf, and will be on hand for any future boiler servicing or repair assistance you may need.
